Yinxiang Wang/ Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of our Board

 

  • Dr. Wang co-founded Zhejiang Betta Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (浙江貝達藥業有限公司), where he served as a director and the general manager (總經理). He also served as a director and the president (總裁) Betta Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (貝達藥業股份有限公司) (Shenzhen Stock Exchange stock code: 300558) (“Betta Pharma”), the successor of Zhejiang Betta Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. In addition, Dr. Wang used to serve as a post-doctoral fellow at Koleske Lab of Yale University which focuses on research in the fields of molecular biology and biochemistry.
  • Dr. Wang obtained his doctoral degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
 
 

Xiaojie Wang/ President of Administration

 

  • Xiaojie Wang is co-founder and President of Administration of Jacobio. She is responsible for executing the company’s strategy of “obtain global market share”. She is also responsible for management of supporting departments, including finance, human resources, government affairs and etc. since the company has been founded in 2015. Xiaojie Wang has more than 20 years of experience in industry, prior to Jacobio, she was the Vice President of Betta Pharma (300558.SZ).
  • Xiaojie Wang received her Bachelors’ Degree of food engineering from Dalian Polytechic University and EMBA form the Peking University.
 
 
 

Yunyan Hu/ Senior Vice President

 

  • Yunyan Hu is Senior Vice President, she is in charge of research and development of pre-clinical assets. Yunyan Hu is responsible for providing innovative R & D solutions and quality management system for Jacbio’s pipelines. She has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Jacobio, she worked in Betta Pharma (300558.SZ) and was responsible for CMC of icotinib hydrochloride (Comana), which is the first small molecule targeted anti-cancer drug.
  • Yunyan Hu gained her master degree in analytical chemistry from the Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

  • Dr. Wang-Gillam has more than 10 years of experience in clinical research and development in the field of oncology.
  • Dr. Wang-Gillam obtained her doctorate of medicine and of philosophy (MD-PhD) from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in May 2001. Dr. Wang-Gillam has been a medical oncology specialist certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) since 2007.

Haijun Wang/ Senior Vice President of Data and Information Management

 

  • Dr. Haijun Wang is the Senior Vice President of Information Management, responsible for formulating information technology strategies for infrastructure, security, enterprise architecture, data governance and data management.
  • Dr. Wang has over two decades of work experience in the United States. Before joining Jacobio, Dr. Wang was an Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) in Houston, TX, in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Medicine. At BCM, Dr. Wang was heavily engaged in health service research and led a number of medical quality improvement projects.
 

Tiffany Yang/Vice President of Human Resources

 

  • Tiffany Yang is Vice President of Human Resources, she is in charge of implementing the strategy of human resources. Tiffany Yang brings more than 20 years of experience in HR to Jacobio, having joined the company from Novartis Oncology (China).
 
 

Bin Fan/Vice President of Clinical Pharmacology

 

  • Dr. Bin Fan is Vice President of Clinical Pharmacology, he is in charge of clinical pharmacology, quantitative pharmacology, and the establishment of biological testing platform. His role connects non-clinical and clinical sectors, and supports whole stage of drug research and development. 
  • Dr. Bin Fan has 20 years of experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies, including Vertex Pharmaceuticals and Agios Pharmaceuticals.
  • Dr. Bin Fan gained his Ph.D. degree in pharmaceutical and biomedical from University of Georgia, and Bachelors degree in pharmacology from Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University.
 
 

Hong Cao/Vice President of CMC

 

  • Hong Cao is the Vice President of CMC, she is in charge of more than 10 programs’  chemical manufacture and control. She has more than 20 years of experience in industry, previously, she worked as assistant director at Betta Pharma’s R&D centre.
  • She obtained her master degree of analytical chemistry in Jilin University.
